Day 1

Steps for the day:
  1. Download the Health Inventory and fill it out if you haven't already (see above)
  2. Download the Beat the Belly Bloat Checklist, if you haven't already (see above)
  3. Join the facebook group if you haven't already
  4. Watch my video on the right (password is belly bloat)
  5. Watch the optional video on Masaru Emoto's water crystals
  6. Watch the optional video on Masaru Emoto's rice experiment (turn down your volume)
  7. Today's challenge is to express love

Day 2

  2. Today's challenge is to observe when your nervous system feels out of alignment and why. 

Day 3

  2. Today's challenge is to observe what eating patterns you have around food. Do you eat out of hunger, boredom, necessity, socializing, the food is calling your name...?

  2. Today’s Challenge is to try to implement as many things as possible from the checklist under the rest and recovery section.  Please share in the comments what time you're going to bed and what area you need improvement in when it comes to sleep (based on the items in the checklist)​
