Pilates is a fun way to get into shape and improve strength, flexibility, and posture! Whether alone or combined with other sports and fitness programs, pilates is a great way to get balanced. The muscle memory developed from Pilates helps to utilize the muscle and joints effectively and increase the performance in sports and regular daily activities.

In this 60-minute session, you will receive individualized instruction on Pilates equipment concentrating on your specific goals and muscle imbalances with exercises to improve you core strength, flexibility, balance, muscle definition and posture.
Get a great workout at home!
In home is the perfect option if you are busy and can’t get out of the house. I can bring my equipment to you! I will bring Pilates chairs, props and mats to create an effective class for you and/ or your friends.

Have fun with your friends!
Gather a group of friends and create a Pilates group. Have fun while you get fit. Strengthen your core, define your muscles, improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and increase your range of motion and functionality during a challenging mat pilates session using bands, balls, weights, Bosu, rollers and Pilates rings.
