You don't have to have special equipment for an effective workout. In home is the perfect option if you are busy or can’t get out of the house. I create personalized sessions using a mat and props to create an effective class for you. Each session is prepared with your current body needs and goals in mind. I can also pre-record personalized sessions for you to do at your own leisure and as many times as you would like.
