Because I am not able to teach in my studio, I am teaching from my "home studio". I am holding a 1 hour live barre class each Friday at 9:15 Mountain Time. This is the same quality sessions in the luxury of your own home.

3. Click the blue box "9:15 AM MDT"
4. Enter your contact information

How to Participate
- Grab a chair or something stable to brace yourself or lean on for the barre part of the class
- Have a mat, towel. or carpet to lay on for the mat part of the class
- Wear comfortable clothes
- You can wear shoes if you would like however socks or bare feet are most common
- Each week you will be given a new zoom link so be sure to check your inbox (or junk box).
Tips for Class
I will be guiding proper posture and muscle activation. We will be focusing on the gluts, stomach and stretching. This will not be a super cardio strenuous workout however for first timers or everyone coming back to class, you may feel a little fatigued. Remember the first class is the hardest and it gets easier after that!
