Get a great workout at home!
You don't need special equipment for an effective workout.
A live virtual workout is the perfect option where you don't have to leave your house. Using a mat or towel and household props, I provide personalized effective sessions that are created for your specific level, needs, and goals.. Through video I see attention to detail and adjust alignment and correct movements to activate the proper muscles. This is an important aspect you don't get with a generic video. For variety I can also incorporate barre and yoga.
For personalized pre-record sessions, we would meet first to discuss challenges, fitness levels and goals. In the video, I would cue important areas for you to focus on during the routine. For an added benefit, you could use the video over and over to improve your movement and obtain your goals.

In this 60-minute session, you will receive individualized instruction concentrating on your specific goals and improving muscle imbalances with exercises that improve you core strength, flexibility, balance, muscle definition and posture.
To obtain your goals I incorporate different equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, Pilates Tower, Power Plate, Bosu and more. To accelerate your results, I provide you exercises to do at home.
