Wouldn't it be great to see your tween or teenager have the energy and concentration to finish tasks they set out to do?   Wouldn't it be a relief to know they select a healthy breakfast that enables him or her to focus at school or perform well at sports?

As a parent, we can guide our loved ones toward healthy choices but as they get older and are exposed to more choices, it comes down to letting them decide for themselves.  This 3-week workshop is designed to give your teen tools to help them identify healthy foods that can enable them to thrive mentally and physically.


This workshop can help your kiddo:
  • Become more motivated to eat healthier
  • Learn which foods provide energy and which zap energy
  • Become more savvy when selecting healthy foods
  • Correlate how foods effect mood, mind clarity, energy level and outward appearance
  • Explore new foods and different ways of eating
  • Experiment to figure out what foods help them feel their best
  • Techniques to deal with stress

This 3-week workshop includes:
  • Weekly 1.5 hour coaching
  • Interactive eye opening class activities  
  • Self discovery experiments
  • Bonus free food samples each session
  • Bonus folder with key take away points to reference and healthy recipes
